Cuts Steakhouse is seeking a self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and professional mixologist and bar manager. Must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.
Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails. Extensive knowledge of wine and wine service. Creativity to present new ideas for menu consideration.
Oversee the staff and operations of the bar by making sure it’s clean, functioning efficiently and inviting for customers to relax in.
Communicate with management in creating the bartender schedule. Train new bar employees.
Managing bar inventory.
Handle customer complaints.
Advertise the daily, weekly and monthly promotions of the bar.
Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
