Neighborhood restaurant with 15 years plus excellent reputation looking an experienced Sous Chef to work
4 night shifts (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday) and Sunday brunch. Will be working with an expereinced and dedicated (nice guy) Chef who need the help. Must be experienced in American and French cuisine and have leadership abilities.
Limited menu with 7 entrees and nightly special.Work will include shifts on sautee and (possibly) the grill in open kitchen.
Ordering, maintaining inventory, and supervision of server staff is required.
Hours are mid morning to 9 .p.m. weekly, till 9:30 Saturday. Sunday hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please supply at least 3 reachable references with resume. Background checks are conducted.
