Brasserie Lundi, the full-service anchor restaurant within The Peacherie, draws inspiration from French classics while offering a lively and modern experience that feels right at home in Atlanta’s evolving culinary scene.
Both concepts are operated by Hospitality HQ (HHQ), a creative consulting and management group led by award-winning chef Akhtar Nawab, known for delivering high-quality service and guest experiences across the country.
Position Overview
Back Servers at Brasserie Lundi support the front-of-house team in delivering seamless, polished service. Working in tandem with Servers and Floor Managers, they help manage the pace and flow of the dining room by resetting tables, running food, and anticipating guest needs. The role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and a desire to learn the rhythms of elevated service in a French-American brasserie environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Support:
Ensure tables are prepped with water, bread, silverware, and all necessary accoutrements at appropriate times.
Refill water, clear used glassware and plates, and reset tables efficiently and discreetly.
Assist with delivering dishes to guests, ensuring proper placement and description when needed.
Observe guest needs and body language; communicate with servers if attention is required.
Dining Room Flow:
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked server stations throughout the shift.
Support pacing by coordinating closely with the kitchen, bar, and server team during peak periods.
Quickly and carefully clear and reset tables to minimize guest wait time and maximize table turns.
Team Collaboration:
Act as the right hand to your assigned Server(s) during service — maintaining communication and awareness of table statuses.
Assist hosts and fellow back servers when needed to keep the dining room flowing smoothly.
Participate in pre-shift meetings and contribute to a calm, focused, and team-first culture.
Cleanliness & Side Work:
Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, and back-of-house areas.
Complete daily side work including folding napkins, polishing glassware and silverware, and restocking items.
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
Serv Safe Certified
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or upscale dining environment preferred.
Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with grace and efficiency.
Comfortable lifting trays and being on your feet for extended periods.
