Senior Manager, Manufacturing Data InsightsWe are on a multi-year transformation journey to support continued volume growth, and we plan to do multiple new CPS greenfields or major brownfield's expansions in the future. In the recent past, greenfield projects were sized and defined individually. Now we want to shift from that to doing a standard data analysis and strategy definition as key starting point for business cases of future major projects. Strategic Planning Engineering Manager create & own framework for data sourcing, data digestion, and tools for analytical model and holistic reporting. Data and reports produced are expected to be propelling strategic decision-making at early stages of business cases and becoming key input for greenfield and brownfield's blueprint.What You'll Do for Us:

Define and update framework for data sourcing, data digestion, and tools for analytical model and holistic reporting, considering internal inputs from CPS SMEs, Lighthouses, Transformation, QSE, etc. and benchmarking beyond CPS at TCCC.

Support framework with Digital Tool. Own, update and standardize use of this tool.

Formulate different scenarios at a plant level considering different inputs provided by other workstreams: kit configuration, supply point shifts, reformulations, etc.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications, incorporating emerging trends in industry 4.0 and others.

Support the design process in close collaboration with Greenfield Blueprint Engineering Manager.

Participate in budget and long-range planning for greenfields or major brownfield's expansions, including forecasts, cost analysis, and different scenarios.

Update framework in line with lessons learned from major CPS/Coca-Cola projects

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science or a similar discipline.

At least 8 years of experience in strategic planning process in operations of large manufacturing facilities. In-depth knowledge of End-to-End processes, costs and regulatory standards relevant to the beverage process industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing major supply point shifts, change in kit configuration or reformulations at a plant level.

Ability to create comprehensive and digestible business cases or plans for the sites

Strong attention to detail, especially when identifying potential issues, making assessments, and giving recommendations.

Experience with some sort of visualization tool (PBI, Tableau, Fiori, Excel charting)

Familiarity with (or willing to learn) relational database query language (any language whether MySQL, PostGres, SQL Server, etc)

Ability to partner and collaborate, both internally with different functions in CPS (LT, Data Science, Project Teams) as well as externally with SAP team, R&D team, OU, Bottlers, etc.

Deep knowledge of SAP and ability to download & crosscheck data.

Strong aptitude for learning and applying new technologies related to Data Science and Data Management

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

Manufacturing knowledge

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good English verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage projects and multitask effectively.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment across different time zones.

Travel: up to 25%
