This impactful and high-visibility role is part of the Payment Systems Intelligence team, a critical component of Global Risk's Payment Ecosystem Risk and Control (PERC) initiative. PERC's team of technology experts is crucial to Visa's efforts to identify, investigate, disrupt, and prevent attacks targeting the global payment ecosystemVisa is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to oversee our Payment Systems Intelligence (PSI) Portfolio Manager. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for developing and improving the processes, documentation, project management, and metrics across the PSI department to enable the teams to scale and enhance their current product and service offerings.  This position will focus on supporting the PSI (Payment Systems Intelligence) programs that encompass securing the ecosystem and Risk-as-a-Service offeringsEssential FunctionsDevelop processes and frameworks and improve on current processes within the PSI department.Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with new processes.Project management for Visa Payment Threats Lab and Visa Threat Payment Intelligence engagements.Work closely with various teams to ensure technical requirements are captured and effectively shared with both the business and technical developers.Begin to develop the metrics program for the PSI team.Regularly report on the RaaS offerings progress to senior management and other stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Develop new documentation for the RaaS offering such as playbooks, user guides, and sell sheets.Other tasks as needed.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
