As a Honeywell Building Solutions Regional General Manager for Services here at Honeywell, you will take full Group management responsibility for the development and growth of our Services business within Public, Private, Partnerships (P3) & Federal Government (Fed) sites in our US region. You will effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders across the organization. In this high impact role, you will work autonomously as a senior member of our leadership team to achieve organizational objectives. You will assist in the development of medium to long term planning: Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning (STRAP). This role will interact with all Regional & Global SBG/SBU leaders as well as customers, suppliers, and relevant government officials. You will report directly to our VPGM Services Americas. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by achieving business objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, and leading a high-performing team. You will also have the opportunity to engage closely with our Integrated team to implement strong processes and better serve our customers.
