Multimedia Manager

Description We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves leading a diverse multimedia team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and deliver multi-channel assets. It also requires a forward-thinking approach, the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables, and the capacity to work in a high production, high output environment.Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse multimedia team specialized in video content creation, 3D design, and photography. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver multi-channel assets that align with technical and brand standards. Develop strategies and go-to-market plans, and ideate and brainstorm with cross-functional teams. Create brand and/or product videos from pre- to post-production, including developing video strategy and storyboarding. Take ideas from concept to execution, collaborating with leadership, team members, design colleagues, product managers, and content experts to deliver a premium user experience. Adapt to changes in priorities or focus in a high production, high output environment. Stay informed about functional industry/practices, emerging technologies, trends, and approaches. Manage project workload of the team and prioritize based on department objectives. Ensure the team catalogs content in a department-wide asset library and server. Utilize software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and 3D Max. Take high level ideas/concepts and develop cohesive, actionable plans. Provide and receive constructive feedback. Maintain organization and detail orientation in a team-oriented environment. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. Present concepts and ideas to a variety of audiences. Requirements Must have proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop Prior experience in Animation, Design, and Digital fields is required Demonstrated skills in Graphic Design and HTML are necessary Familiarity with manufacturing industry is desirable Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments Strong communication and presentation skills Creative problem-solving ability Attention to detail and precision in execution of tasks Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Willingness to stay updated with the latest design trends and technology Bachelor's degree in design or related field is preferred Proven portfolio of previous design work is required.
