Manager, Customer and Channel Development

This is a consulting role.As a consultant with VOSKER, you’ll play a key role in supporting our strategic growth initiatives and helping us achieve our commercial objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure we stay on track with our business goals.YOUR NEXT CHALLENGESContribute to strategic planning efforts aligned with VOSKER’s growth and successDevelop and execute a sales business plan, including trade spend management, promotional targets, and distribution goalsMonitor and analyze sales performance and proactively address issues to meet targetsDesign and implement effective trade promotion strategies with key customersManage and optimize the customer’s business plan: trade budget, spend efficiency, volume objectivesEvaluate promotional activities to improve return on investment (ROI)Own the strategic account plan based on internal goals and market dynamicsCommunicate fluently in English (written and spoken), as you’ll interact frequently with stakeholders outside of Quebec
