Description Robert Half HR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract HR Manager to support our client in Sandy Springs, GA for a contract engagement starting immediately. The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded HR background with the ability to efficiently handle daily tactical functions while also prioritizing strategic tasks such as compensation analysis and employee relations investigations. This role is onsite 4 days a week in Sandy Springs, with 1 remote working day.Responsibilities:

Execute daily HR functions with precision and accuracy (including but not limited to change management, performance management, and talent management)

Prioritize and manage strategic HR tasks effectively

Conduct compensation analysis and employee relations investigations

Maintain high responsiveness and confidence in all interactions

Manage a wide range of personalities with ease and professionalism

Adapt to changing priorities and fluctuating tasks seamlessly

Provide support to a financial line of business as needed

Requirements:

10+ years of HR experience

Proven experience in HR management with a focus on both tactical and strategic functions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks

SHRM-CP or SPHR certification preferred but not required

Availability to start the week of March 11, 2024
