Digital Product Manager – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a high energy Digital Product Manager to lead and direct digital programs for one of the leading healthcare providers in the United States. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to mediate and collaborate between cross-functional teams and stakeholders within the organization.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:• Interfaces with key cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Information Technology (IT) vendors to develop and facilitate strategies and performance metrics to optimize outcomes for all.• Oversee the product development life cycle from its inception to launch.• Manage existing products and identify ways to enhance them by analyzing market data, trends, and metrics.• Build relationships and communicate at a high level with a wide array of partners such as business stakeholders, technology team members, senior leadership, etc.• Act as a mediator between consumers and the technical teams, communicating consumer needs and translating them into new product features for the team to design.• Write product features and requirements to support business initiatives – collaborate with scrum team members to lead the execution.• Create and maintain product vision and road map.• Plan, manage, and monitor product launch campaigns – schedules, scopes, and budgets. Ensure product launches meet or exceeds expectations and are on time and within budget.• Identify future trends and opportunities to come up with ways to capitalize them.• Lead user testing for products prior to the launch date.• Identify problems and provide solutions prior to the interference of overall goals and timelines.• Manage relationships and coordinate tasks between various teams in different locations.

Desired Skills and Experience:• 8+ years of product management experience – leading initiatives involving digital product delivery and management.• 10+ years of experience in IT and technical architecture of web applications.• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in an agile framework environment.• Adept at running programs across digital channels and is updated with the latest trends and technologies in the digital space.• Proven organizational skills and great attention to detail.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong business communication and presentation skills• Experience in developing social products, technologies, and platforms.• Detailed oriented with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.• Experience with design and content management tools.• Requires BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent. MBA Preferred.• Health insurance industry experience preferred.
