Description Robert Half is looking to place an experienced, knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist with our client. We need a professional who can expertly navigate the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution, all while keeping tight control of the bottom line.A customer-first mindset and experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices are also requirements of the job. If you're detail-oriented and have strong decision-making and interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!You will be responsible for planning and implementing digital initiatives that support the sales and marketing strategies of our client. With support from the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media.Your responsibilities
Discover ways to enhance the company's website through creative landing pages, blog posts and SEO
Build content that will be engaging for the company's partners and customers
Develop strategies and tests to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
Support updates of the online customer portal to improve user experience
Monitor digital marketing campaign performance through reports
Project manage digital projects, maintaining status and timeline and communicating updates regularly
Work with creative and technology vendor partners to meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget
Constantly improve job knowledge by taking advantage of educational opportunities and reading trade publications
Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation
Develop and maintain the company's social media presence
Share thought leadership and recognize insights and trends with executive leadership
Assist with other project tasks related to print, direct mail and data management as needed
Requirements
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledgeable in maintaining digital brand consistency and managing strategic multichannel marketing
Has distinguished achievements in evolving digital brands with strong ROI
Accomplished in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
Experience in enhancing the frontline customer journey, driving traffic to a company's main site
Highly-skilled in vendor management
Should have a good balance of initiative and skill
Practical knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
