Demand Generation Marketing Manager (Contract)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced contract Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team for a period of 6 months (maternity cover). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and expanding an omnichannel marketing strategy to drive demand for our products in our named accounts. This position requires a proven track record of successful B2B demand gen campaigns, strong project and program management skills, and a passion for innovative B2B SaaS marketing tactics. This is a 6-month temporary contract. The first month of employment will be to shadow the current campaign manager that is going out on leave, and then will be responsible for taking over and executing on their plan, while adding to it and designing future plans. How You'll Make an Impact

Develop and implement an omnichannel marketing strategy that includes webinars, email nurture, virtual events, content syndication, publisher programs, programmatic media, ABM, and more

Manage the strategy, development, and execution of campaigns and events to drive audience acquisition and pipeline generation targets

Work with product marketing to develop and/or source high-value content offers and calls to action aligned to buyers' stage-specific information needs for use in programs and campaigns

Orchestrate Account Based Marketing Programs to successfully penetrate Target Accounts

Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects and drive continual optimization of campaign performance

Manage budgets, schedules, internal teams and resources and external agency/freelancers to drive flawless execution of multiple concurrent campaigns

Collaborate with design and digital teams for the development of different elements required by the campaigns

Who You Are

Ability to work in a team environment with Sales, Business Development, and Product Marketing

Strong verbal, written, and project management skills

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Strong initiative, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects from start to finish

Adaptable and eager to learn and assume new responsibilities

What Experience You'll Need

7+ years of B2B demand gen experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns

Experience in software/high tech industries and healthcare vertical

Experience with Marketing automation tools such as Marketo & 6sense (or similar)

Familiarity with the Sirius Decision demand waterfall approach and inbound marketing best practices
