We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join the Incentive Compensation team. This position provides administrative/analytical support and manages day to day tasks of compensation calculations which includes field questions, problem solving and issue resolution.Experience:
2-4 years of accounting, compensation or human resources experience
Degree or equivalent work experience necessary
Analysis and advanced excel skills a must
Financial modeling experience a plus
Variable compensation calculation experience a plus
Additional Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Strong customer focus and customer service skills
Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvement
