DescriptionThe Campaign Manager is responsible for the development and tracking of outbound marketing campaigns for the acquisition of new customers as well as to existing customers. The role is a key part of a revenue-generating marketing team and is closely tied to the sales teams in the U.S. The Campaign Manager is responsible for the planning, budgeting, execution and tracking of integrated marketing programs to support both global and local campaign strategies and revenue goals.nbsp;Key Responsibilities: nbsp;

To prepare detailed campaign plans, data briefs, and to own amp; enforce them across internal and external agencies with confidence, clarity, and strong alignment with business goals.

To proactively co-ordinate marketing campaigns across all elements of the marketing mix and across any involved stakeholders.

Tailor messaging in each marketing tactic to connect relevant customer personas to campaign messaging and CTAs, and in line with feedback from Sales and marketing intelligence teams.

Know and understand customer personas and segmentation to help make well-informed decisions on segmentation and targeting of their campaigns.

Monitor, analyze, and report campaign results to the business and continuously optimize campaigns based on feedback from internal stakeholders.

Show tangible business results and ROI for every delivered campaign based on defined campaign plans.

Liaise and share best practices and knowledge, be the lsquo;expert rsquo; in marketing communications to others in the business, supporting the commercial success of our solutions and products.

Collaborate closely with the sales organization to ensure that there is full visibility and reporting on campaigns with delivered results across demand waterfall metrics (MQL, SQL, SQOs and revenue impact).

Leverage and integrate global content into local campaigns where appropriate.

Be competent at writing, proofing and editing copy for all forms of communication.

To understand, organize, and manage a budget to the format supplied by Marketing Operations.

Act as a champion and guardian of company's values and brand identity, ensuring messaging, positioning, tone of voice, visual identity is consistent and in line with the global brand guidelines, across all channels and in all activities.

Manage campaigns across PR / Social Media team to help promote Sage rsquo;s global amp; local products and services in alignment with all internal teams.

Ensure consistency and enforce high-quality standards across all communications as a result of advanced and accurate proofing skills, in line with the local and global internal approvals process.

Requirements

Marketing Degree or equivalent experience

8+ years of relevant experience

Highly results-driven, Team-centric, collaborative, and experienced campaigns professional, who is confident, friendly and comfortable working with people at all levels.

Proven competence in marketing and communications with the ability to take a set of core messages and transforming them to campaign messaging.

The ability to determine an integrated campaign approach leveraging direct mail, various types of digital marketing, social media, database marketing, as well as both internal and external marketing vendors.

Strong understanding of digital marketing in and how to leverage these channels most effectively.

Strong scribbling skills, with the ability to write in an engaging amp; authentic style, putting information into our brand voice while remaining faithful to conversion best practices.

An eye for great pictures and good judgment when it comes to selecting images that tell a story and catch the reader rsquo;s attention.

Great talent for digesting a lot of information, quickly getting to grips with new topics and making good calls on the best things to leverage for lead conversion purposes.

Proven track record and ability to deliver campaigns with a significant impact on revenue and defined business goals.

Knowledge of Account Based Marketing (ABM)

Strong innovative and creative thinking ability

Proactive, driven and focused at getting the job done

Influencing / relationship management

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong project planning and project organizational ability
