Apply advanced knowledge of business transformation to support the deployment and ongoing operations of a Business Transformation capability within a large, global organization which includes: managing regular management metrics, reviewing and problem-solving guidance, and developing processes to address key performance indicators; utilize leadership skills within a matrix organization and ensure consistent methodology, exceptional delivery, and benefits realization consistent with the organization's multi-year expense targets of $500MM+ Employ a comprehensive understanding of the firm's business and service offerings, and regularly interface with leaders and colleagues regarding execution of responsibilities; give to the achievement of their objectives and priorities by participating in the development and execution of tactical plans that improve client service and create incremental client value
Collaborate with peers in transformation capability CoEs to identify and evaluate operating model improvement opportunities that may span organizational design, service delivery, process, automation, artificial intelligence and technology
Quantify business impact of identified opportunities to improve business/operating models, and develop/present business cases to leadership for approval
Lead or be a primary contributor on multiple projects, programs and initiatives that require making independent decisions related to required tasks and using judgment to regularly make decisions on complex matters
Provide active coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing with junior staff to advance their career development and manage and review those team members' work product; contribute to planning for short term needs, that is, projects and processes; construct annual plan for deployment of those resources and may have people management responsibility for a small to mid-sized team of entry level through intermediate level professionals
Qualifications:
Minimum ten years of recent work experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science
Advanced knowledge of business transformation delivery with ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value and strategy
Capacity to drive the transformational agenda and manage multiple concurrent projects, applying expertise to make concrete decisions that impact the organization and the firm
Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
Capability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities; must be able to set goal and participate in strategic initiatives for a team, foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization
