What You'll Be Doing As our Shift Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Overseeing daily operations and ensuring top-notch customer service. - Managing and motivating team members to meet goals and maintain a fun, professional atmosphere. - Assisting with inventory management and ensuring the store is stocked and ready for success. - Handling scheduling, shift changes, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time. - Occasionally supporting social media efforts to help showcase our amazing balloon creations (a plus, but not required!). What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings energy, reliability, and leadership to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - ✅ At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role. - ✅ Reliable transportation to and from work. - ✅ Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - ✅ A knack for social media is a bonus – we love creative minds! - ✅ A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
