We’re hiring professional debt collectors with 2+ years of 3rd party collection experience to join our in-office team in Decatur, GA. This is a high-performance call center with steady account volume. Remote work is not available.
You’ll be making and receiving calls, negotiating with consumers, and maximizing recovery opportunities — all while earning bonuses for performance!
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve past-due accounts
Follow a required script while maintaining a natural, confident tone
Use basic computer systems to log calls and update account details in real time
Negotiate payment arrangements while staying FDCPA-compliant
Skip trace and update consumer contact info as needed
Accurately document all call activity in the system
Meet and exceed personal and team recovery goals
Handle challenging calls using strong rebuttals and de-escalation techniques to keep conversations on track
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of 3rd party collections experience required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of FDCPA compliance and recovery strategies
Comfortable reading scripts and working with basic call center systems
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and money-driven
Reliable, on time, and ready to work every day
