We’re a small but growing marketing call center looking for driven and energetic individuals to join our team.
This is a phone-based sales position where you’ll be making outbound cold calls to leads, building rapport, and introducing potential clients to the services we offer.
Your goal will be to connect, inform, and enroll qualified prospects in a way that feels natural and confident.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys talking to people, and is comfortable working in a performance-based environment. You don’t need prior call center experience—we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
We offer a starting base pay of $15/hour, plus commission with weekly payouts. Our commission structure is highly competitive, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your performance. We also offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.
