Phoenix Renovation Services is a start up residential company that is seeking an experience construction tradesmen looking to make the shift to management. 3+ years of hands on construction experience required. Looking for an ambitious, self starting individual that has a hard work ethic and is goal targeted.
Must be professionally presentable at all times with dress casual business attire. Must be willing to learn and have the ability to travel around metro Atl for projects. Mostly 75 / 575 corridor but depends on project.
Job role:
As a project manager you are expected to manage every aspect of the project. This includes but is not limited to;
- Doing material take offs and shopping materials.
- Ordering materials and coordinating their arrival to the job site.
- Negotiating with subs to sell the work.
- Ensure sub is in full compliance with COI and WC, Write sub con agreement request to office upon conclusion of negations.
- Onsite supervision; Oversee the subs selected to ensure daily schedules are met and Quality is of the highest standards.
- Maintain inventory of materials needed and ensure sub has what they need before they need it.
- Payroll processing. Simple process. We by by job or by draw based on % complete. 3 forms
- Walk all completed work for acceptance by us to our standards then with client for their approval.
- Rinse and Repeat.
To do this. You should possess the following:
Truck
Phone with camera
Basic tools. (tape measure, drill, plyers, etc)
Laptop preferred but not a deal breaker.
Computer skills to clearly communicate via email. Make and edit word doc and excel documents.
What I am offering;
I am VP of a commercial renovation company that decided to grow a residential company organically in ATL. I have a great structure, with great crews and relationships with vendors that are unparalleled. Work will start slow but I do not need the income. Looking for someone that can fight through the slow times for a bigger reward doing the good times. Not looking to be a slave driver, just cover the jobs, create happy clients and get home early!
