Carpenter / Handyman Needed

Need someone with experience to help rehab a property in Toccoa, GA for a retail flip. This is probably a 2-month project for the right person. The pay is hourly with daily settlements via Cash App or Zelle. I pay for all materials. I just need you to show up, work a punch list everyday, send me pics at the end of the day showing what you worked on. I prefer someone who lives in Toccoa or who is close enough to commute everyday. Will consider hiring a crew of two people. Painting and other skills are a plus.
