Master Builder needs Electrical & Landscaping help with his homes

Needing an Electrician with a crew & Insurance& landscaper with insurance and other trades to get the job done. I just need a good price &Building a home on the lake now with maintenance needed on other homes. If learning is your thing and creating homes with your own hands, then I can put you to work tomorrow. Need landscaping tomorrow or whatever needs to be done next week. Built all my life and can pass on prosperous skills to whoever listens. Must be prompt, on time and dependable but I am very good to work with. Not a full time job right now but could become one.
