- Provide technical testing guidelines and support IT technical and functional testing efforts with testers and business counterparts
- Set Design and Development Guidelines for the team across and end-to-end, engage with team on best practices for software design and development; perform Design and Code-review
- Expertise on 4GL, Groovey, Java, MicroServices, Oracle
- Hands on experience in writing Algorithms, Batch jobs, Services, HTML, User exits
- Work independently in any environment understanding the complete infrastructure and technology dependencies
