If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleSenior .Net Full Stack EngineerWhat does a Senior .Net Full Stack Engineer do at Fiserv?You will solve the complex challenges of distributed scale within a logging and metrics environment, while using your expertise in development to build software that integrates with batch and mainframe systems. You’ll also build and support ad-hoc software that drives our business through compliance, interoperability, and integrations. You will work within a small team and have an opportunity to lead projects.What you will do:

Develop a new platform from disparate legacy platforms running old codes bases

Decompile code bases with no source code

Work with internal clients to determine requirements

Technology architecture design, user coordination and implementation of business initiatives for supported applications

Leverage skills across applications development area to provide technical oversight across systems and applications

Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business processes, system processes, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement

Contribute to planning, formulation of procedures, on-call support and backlog management

What you will need to have:

6 to 10 years of experience in software engineering experience working on enterprise-wide projects

6+ years of experience in web services design and implementation with .Net 6+, Rest, SOAP, service definition: Swagger/OpenAPI

6+ years of experience in frontend web services design and implementation with various MVVM and SPA frameworks such as Blazor and jQuery

6+ years of experience with data exchange formats like JSON, XML, RDF

4+ years of experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases and queuing technologies; MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ

4+ years of experience in technical leadership with .NET/C#/ASP.NET app development and integration with a variety of data processing and persistence technologies

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience

What would be great to have:

Testing concepts, TDD, BDD and frameworks: Cucumber, Selenium, Nunit

Familiarity in container, cloud technologies, Tanzu, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure and supporting frameworks

Experience with Knockout.js and Angular

Extensive knowledge of software engineering and object-oriented design

Demonstrated leadership and management skills along with clear and concise written and verbal communication
