- Oversees the end-to-end delivery of new ServiceNow feature development, establishing and controlling sprint constraints and scope. Manages relationships and communication with developers, product owners, architects and senior management.
- Leads and coaches the product development team as required.
- Ensures that the scrum team adheres to scrum theory, practices, and rules, and works as a servant leader within the product development team.
- Leads improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery services and contributes to the identification of areas of improvement.
- Ensures meeting outcomes are defined, understood, and achieved for the Scrum meetings (Daily Scrum, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective meetings)
- Supports Product Owners to make the product backlogs in good shape ready for the each sprint.
- Manages the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience working as an Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or related Agile team member
- Must have at least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow as an Administrator, Developer, Architect, or Product Owner
- Previous experience working for a managed service provider is preferred.
- Must have thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, procedures, and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Must have knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Must have strong skills to coach team on how to follow agile scrum practices.
- Must have strong knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
- Must have the ability to work in a deadline orientated environment.
- Must have basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to better understand the team's needs; knowledge of other methodologies other than Agile-Scrum.
