Human Resources Specialist This is a contract opportunity.This is a hybrid opportunity in Alpharetta, GAAbout this PositionWe are seeking an experienced HR professional to join the Human Capital Management (HCM) Employee Services – Service Delivery Team. This role provides operational and advisory support to Senior HR Business Partners, as well as employees and managers across the firm. You will play a key role in multiple areas of the employee lifecycle, collaborating with HR product areas to drive efficiencies and best practices. The position reports to the Alpharetta HCM Service Delivery Team lead.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality advisory support to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on various HR areas such as performance management, diversity and inclusion, professional development, promotions, and compensation.Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to support people initiatives and drive HR excellence.Offer day-to-day advisory support to employees and managers, including performance management coaching, career guidance, mobility support, and resolving employee issues.Log and track HR service requests and resolutions in systems, ensuring accurate updates and providing metrics to stakeholders.Project manage ad-hoc and planned activities for the HR Business Partner teams.Work closely with HR Solutions teams and other HR product areas to deliver services to senior HR Business Partners and employees.Identify trends and proactively guide managers to improve the employee experience and reduce risks.Ensure the HRBP Advisory team consistently meets or exceeds service delivery standards by providing high-quality support.Skills/RequirementsBachelor's degree required with a minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience.Exceptional judgment with the ability to escalate issues when needed.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, adaptable to various situations and audiences.Proven relationship-building skills and ability to gain trust quickly.Deep understanding of HR functions and labor laws.Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and assignments.Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high degree of initiative.Able to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with experience using HR systems and the ability to quickly learn new systems.Additional InformationHybrid work environment (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).Opportunity to work on a variety of HR initiatives and gain exposure across the employee lifecycle.Collaborate with a diverse, global team to improve HR service delivery.Pay/Salary Range40-45/hrYUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
