Maintenance Technician

The primary function of this job is to ensure the facility is properly maintained and that high-quality products are produced on time. This must be done in a cost-efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible manner. The role requires strong technical and problem-solving skills. Work activities include repairing and maintaining the facility and its equipment.Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and the facility efficiently.Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.Work independently when needed and follow written instructions.Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, cutting tools, and material handling equipment.Complete paperwork accurately and on time.Keep work areas clean and organized.Perform other duties as needed.Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies.Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure safety measures are in place.Inform your supervisor before starting tasks you’re not trained for.Report unsafe conditions immediately and take steps to protect yourself and others.Perform additional tasks as assigned.
