We currently have an opening for a Treasury Analyst to join our Home Office in Winter Park, FL. This is a Hybrid Role. The Senior Treasury Analyst will manage and analyze FPG’s cash and financial activity. An ideal candidate is one who can analyze and interpret financial data, create projections, and can communicate progress and results effectively. Overview & Responsibilities:
Manages a 13-week cash flow forecast and longer-term direct cash flow forecast.
Analyzes and reviews all operational cash flows for the organization.
Forecasts future financial position and budgets requirements by analyzing the organization's financial records.
Evaluates needs for procurement of funds and investment of surplus.
Assists in preparing the organization's financial reports.
Ensures an efficient banking structure to support the organization's overall operations through overseeing operational and strategic projects.
Supports all aspects of Treasury Operations activities, including assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the organization and supporting the cash forecasting process.
Collaborates with senior leadership to incorporate real time changes to the business into cash forecasts and scenarios.
Performs variance analysis and ad hoc reporting related to company cash position.
Stays involved in the development of the annual budget to isolate cash timing and impacts for the full year forecast.
Presents updates to cash flow, including ad hoc analysis as needed.
Make recommendations for process improvements and other efficiencies.
Supports and leads ad-hoc reporting requests and other special studies.
Meets deadlines related to all Company reporting obligations, policies, and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field required.
Requires minimum three years of experience as a treasury analyst or a similar role in corporate finance, accounting, or other related positions.
Excellent communicator who can bring a cash culture mentality to the team.
Direct experience with cash flow forecasting and financial management systems preferred.
Experience with reconciling bank statements and debt financing a plus.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
Highly organized with ability to meet tight deadlines.
Critical thinker who can evaluate near term and long-term impacts related to cash.
Excellent oral/written communication, presentation skills to senior leadership, and a proven ability to build relationships.
Positive, inquisitive, team orientated, and solutions driven.
Ability to make decisions and recommendations based on financial and business analytics in both individual and group settings
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
