We are seeking a Design Associate who is articulate, personable, and highly detail-oriented. This individual will collaborate closely with our team to achieve project goals while maintaining clear and professional communication with contractors and vendors. Key strengths include:Coordinating and collaborating with design teamCurating and evaluating comprehensive design selections, including furniture, flooring, artwork, fabrics and finishes, drapery, tile, lighting, millwork, cabinetry, hardware, and paint.Providing design solutions throughout project phasesCreating AutoCAD drawings of floor plans and elevations for furniture, lighting, and artworkManaging and tracking project forecasts while meeting deadline expectationsCommunicating project expectations with team membersConducting site visits as needed, with excellent client serviceCreating, placing, and following up on ordersPresenting design ideas and details with confidence and enthusiasmParticipating in FF&E installationsSupporting the growth of the organization by contributing to the team culture and overall goals
