Seeking honest, trustworthy, hardworking individual willing and able to handle:
Routine maintenance, replacement and repairs, including climbing ladders.
General office chores and errands including moving boxes, office furniture, computer equipment, deliveries, post office and mail drop off and pick up, etc.
Upkeep of interior and exterior common areas, including cleaning and organizing, painting, leaf blowing, periodic washing of vehicles.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry and general repairs.
Requires a Valid driver’s license (good driving record)
Non-smoker
Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (one hour for lunch)
