Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable lending solutions.
- Product Promotion: Educate clients about our range of lending products and services, highlighting the benefits and features that align with their financial objectives.
- Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including loans, credit, and lending processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
