A well-established company with 10 years in business is expanding in Palm Beach County and seeking an experienced Sales Floor Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in business debt, consumer debt, merchant cash advances (MCA), or a combination of these fields.
Proven track record of success in managing and leading sales teams.
Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to drive performance, increase revenue, and maintain a high-energy sales floor.
Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Drug-free workplace – compliance required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $120,000/year plus Commission & Performance-based bonuses
