About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated, alert, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer / Rover Security at a premier high-rise condominium. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, security, and comfort of residents, guests, and property while maintaining a courteous and professional front-desk presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Officer Duties:
Greet and assist residents, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner
Monitor surveillance systems and building access controls
Handle resident inquiries, deliveries, and log incidents appropriately
Enforce condominium policies and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and lobby area
Rover Security Duties:
Conduct routine patrols of the property, including hallways, stairwells, parking areas, and common facilities
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies
Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity
Assist in evacuation or emergency response procedures when necessary
Support fellow team members during high-traffic or emergency periods
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in security, customer service, or property management preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Security license/certification
