Our law firm is seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a heavy case load and will be committed to ensuring justice for those who have been injured. This role involves handling all stages of litigation from intake through trial, with a focus on personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to make a difference, a proven track record in personal injury law, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to trial

Draft pleadings and motions

Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions

Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests

Prepare trial notebooks and exhibits

Conduct pre-trial conferences and settlement negotiations

Personal Injury Trial experience required

Maintain accurate and detailed case records

Oversee and work with support staff

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury litigation on the Plaintiffs side.

Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures

Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines

Strong negotiation and advocacy skills

Experience with case management software and electronic discovery tools

Compassion and customer service skills
