LEGAL ASSISTANT FOR PERSONAL INJURY PRE-LIT DEPARTMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated employee, who has a minimum of 1 year experience in Pre-Lit Personal Injury cases. Applicants must be able to multi-task, possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and must be able to exist in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate will be working closely with case managers on new files, reporting new claims to insurance companies and obtaining coverage information, obtaining accident reports, and sending out first letters.
- Excellent secretarial and clerical skills
- Organized, self-motivated, with ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills (professional and courteous)
- Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.
