Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated In-House Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and have experience in construction law. This role involves providing legal advice and support across various aspects of our business.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel on a wide range of issues, including construction law, contracts, and compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Advise on legal risks, business strategies, and other issues related to the company’s activities.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Florida.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Preferred experience in construction law.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
