ExpansionEstablished firm is seeking the experience of a commercial litigation paralegal/legal assistant who has at least 2+ years with discovery, drafting of pleadings and motions, preparing for trials, e-filing , dealing with clients and the courts, etc. Background in commercial litigation( construction litigation, labor and employment law and or real estate litigation).
