START IMMEDIATELY - Custodian Day Porter Technician with Janitorial Experience.
We are looking for a Custodian Day Porter Technician that is dedicated, detailed and passionate about delivering exceptional quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed cleaning methods and procedures.
Dust, mop and sweep break areas, gyms and restrooms, common areas, or other type of rooms.
Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work.
Empty trash receptacles.
Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.
Other duties as needed based on scope of work.
Position Requirements:
Bilingual English / Spanish
Maintenance and/or cleaning experience.
Attention to detail – meticulous.
Must be a team player - possess a great attitude.
Must be physically dexterous as there is light lifting, bending and stooping involved.
Be safety minded.
