We are looking for a high speed maintenance lead that can help us run our multifamily buildings and grow with us. Currently we own +100 units and have plans on increasing our portfolio 25% each year.
Our business model is based on buying value ad multifamily buildings, investing money in rehab during the first year, increasing rents buy bringing more value to our tenants by increasing their quality of life, stabilizing the property to a 95% occupancy and selling it in a 4-5 year period.
The maintenance lead that we are looking for, will be in charge of taking care of any mantainance items needed by the properties which include and it is not limited to:
1. Taking maintenance calls form tenants
2. Fix/Repair reported items
3. Creating/Revewing work orders
4. Coordinating with vendors
5. Visiting properties daily
6. Executing preventive maintenance program
7. Filing maintenance reports
8. Managing materials in storage
9. Turn Over units when vacant
10. Buying materials
