Job Title: Home Health Aide (CNA, HHA, MA, or PCT)

Salary: Starting at $14.00 per hour (with potential for increase based on experience and work ethic within 90 days)

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients with mobility and transportation to appointments as needed.
- Monitor and document client’s condition and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Follow care plans established by healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English; good verbal and written communication skills are essential (no exceptions).
- A compassionate and patient attitude towards patients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
