We are looking for one f/t line cook and one p/t prep cook for an immediate opening on our kitchen team.
Cuisine is Florida-inspired and eclectic. Think classic tex-mex, bayou, florida-keys dishes made with attention to detail and the best possible ingredients/technique.
We run a small line, with one or two people on at a time, so the right candidate needs to be able to handle any station.
The menu is prep heavy and ingredient driven. We don't have a sysco account yet.
Staff gets along pretty well and there is a healthy work environment. Expectations are realistic but standards are high.
If you are interested in working with local produce, proteins, and seafood, this is a good fit for you.
Schedule will be primarily nights.
Pay starts at $18/hr, but we are competitive with pay for right candidate.
