Customize desktop applications to meet user needs.
Troubleshoot all technology issues including hardware, software, and networking.
Maintain systems, install new equipment, and make modifications as needed.
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Provide training and support to all employees regarding system usage.
Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a PC Technician or similar role in an IT department.
Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage, repair, and service computer systems (hardware/software).
In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
At least a diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ will be an advantage.
