Collaborating closely with team members, they handle various tasks to ensure accurate and timely data entry. Utilizing software programs, they input and update diverse data sets, generate reports, and may review and update financial statements while upholding the confidentiality of sensitive information.Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking customer information, orders, and expenses.
Transfer and update data from hard copy to digital databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Perform data entry tasks including inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents.
Conduct regular data verification and error-checking to maintain data integrity.
Provide administrative support, assist with special projects, and collaborate with team members to fulfill various hospital services and warehouse needs.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
High School diploma of GED required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum of one (1) year of data entry or relevant work experience preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR and CPI certification.
