Only local candidates will be considered. This is an in-office position.
Architectural or Drafting degree preferred.
Must have substantial experience in architectural projects.
Substantial experience specific to at least (1) Medical or Residential type project is required.
Experience dealing with consultants and understanding building engineering systems is required.
Duties include:
Support Design Architect in schematic and design development stages
Produce and/or manage the construction document phase
Coordinate details with clients
Coordinate and/or manage consultants
Building code, zoning and product research
Construction site visits and responses to jurisdiction comments and RFI's
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
