Appointment Setting/Customer Service ($45k to $75k Annual Package)

VOICE CENTRAL is a local cloud based phone company looking for a results-driven appointment setter/customer service agents to contact "existing" small business customers. We specialize in renewing & upselling existing business (B2B) customers voice accounts that are expiring. You will be provided with targeted existing customers to call and setup appointments for the sales team. Starting pay: Hourly + Commission, Bonuses, Benefits and most importantly advancement opportunities to grow within a 20 year tenured company. No Experience needed, we will train you.

Responsibilities:
Promote and offer products/services to existing business customers
Set Appointments for the Sales Team
Communicate with targeted customers
Working Knowledge or basic computer functions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
