Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to provided leads (no need to find your own prospects).
Engage potential customers, introduce our services, and determine their needs.
Transfer qualified leads/customers to a Senior Broker for further assistance.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude to ensure a great customer experience.
Accurately log call details and customer information in our CRM system.

Qualifications:
