SAFCO is seeking an energetic and customer focused individual to join our team as an Account Services/Customer Service Representative. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless customer experience, particularly for our Spanish-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, friendly, have a sense of urgency, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and concerns.
- Initiate outbound calls to existing delinquent accounts, with use of dialer campaign strategies and manual calls, as deemed appropriate.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing information on accounts.
- Assist customers with payments and account maintenance.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate customer service software.
