Staff Accountant needed for a Real Estate Development & Construction firm.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience. A bachelors degree in accounting a plus.
Candidates must possess the following skills:
MUST be bilingual (English + Spanish).
Speaks fluent English verbal & written required
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
Must have experience with Construction related Project Accounting
Must have experience with QuickBooks (Desktop and QuickBooks Online)
Must have experience with preparing Corporate Tax returns and Financial Statements
Prepare quarterly Payroll tax returns
Bank Reconciliation
Excellent communication skills are a must
