Family owned and operated company currently looking for an AR Clerk. Job duties to include but not limited to:
Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime possible
Primary Job Function:
Invoice and submit construction billing to builders
Create job folders for new starts
Process permitting paperwork for new starts as needed
Input data entry into computer program for new starts and also maintaining existing jobs
Daily filing
Prepare and submit NTO/NOC when needed
Request and distribute insurance certificates as needed by builder's and/or homeowner's
Research and Contact builders for past due invoices-Builder Collections
Respond to emails as needed
Daily updating on builder’s sites
Shared Job Duties:
Phones
Correcting Customer info & Data in computer program when needed
Answering a customer question if possible
Scheduling Service Calls as needed
