Island Homes and Renovations is a Local General Contractor committed to delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead diverse projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within scope
- Define project scope,
-Scheduling inspections and meeting with the codes department.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status effectively
- Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present reports to senior management
-Delivering of materials to job to make sure job keeps moving along.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Home Remodeling
- Proven experience managing complex projects
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Hours are Monday through Friday 7 to 5 pm. This is a salary position plus bonus.
