Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insulated Concrete Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in insulated concrete forms (ICF) installation and be dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Install insulated concrete forms (ICF) according to project specifications and building codes.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
Ensure proper alignment and secure placement of ICF blocks.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete accurately within ICF frameworks.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Insulated Concrete Installer or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of ICF systems and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
